Best Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 Tbs Sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

2 Lg eggs
3 cups Buttermilk
4 Tbs butter melted

Tons of blueberries




1.  Heat griddle to 375˚; Heat oven to 200˚
2.  Whisk together all dry ingredients.
3.  Whip egg white before adding yolk, buttermilk and melted butter.
4.  Pour liquid ingredients over dry and mix.
5.  1/2 cup of batter makes a nice size pancake.
6.  After pouring pancake onto griddle; sprinkle a generous amount of blueberries.
7.  Pancakes can be stored in warm oven until ready to server.
